Information we collect and why
- Email address: verification, secure sign-in, account support and launch updates.
- Optional profile details: name and phone number for your profile and one-time profile reward; state to determine launch and payout availability. A phone number does not enroll you in promotional texts.
- Referral, campaign and survey identifiers: attribute qualifying signups and record rewards. Do not include personal information or survey answers in tracking links.
- Account and reward records: verification status, profile completion, referral attribution, coins, pending cash and confirmed payments.
- Support messages: name, email, topic and message to respond to your request.
- Connection and browser information: hosting, session security and automated-abuse checks.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account authentication and account/reward records, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Resend for configured email delivery. These providers process information needed to provide those services. Turnstile receives browser and connection information; its verification token accompanies email requests or contact submissions.
When you submit a contact form, the message is sent to Stush support through the configured email service. Do not include passwords, verification codes, full account numbers or Social Security numbers.
Cookies, storage and measurement
Authentication uses session cookies. The site also uses browser storage for conveniences such as remembering your entered email, resend cooldown and dismissed notices. The current website implementation does not include optional analytics or advertising trackers. We will update the notice and applicable choices before introducing additional tracking.
If you follow a link to an external service or survey, that service’s privacy notice applies to information you submit there. A referral or survey identifier does not itself transmit your survey answers to the waitlist.
Retention
We keep account information while your waitlist account is active. You may request deletion through support@stushpay.com. After a deletion request, we retain only records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or unresolved reward disputes, and only for as long as needed for those purposes. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and related obligations.
Your requests and choices
Contact support@stushpay.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop launch updates. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account before taking action. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or banking details. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location. You can also use the contact form and select Privacy request.
You may decline to provide optional profile details. Your place on the waitlist is still saved, but profile rewards and eventual cash eligibility have additional requirements described in the reward rules.
Age and changes
The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older in the United States. Contact support if you believe information was submitted by someone under 18. We will post changes to this notice with an updated date.
