These terms explain the current Stush plan and transfer fees. Product access depends on launch in your state, supported connections and eligibility. Joining the waitlist is free and does not enroll you in a paid subscription.
1. Plans and prices
| Plan | Monthly subscription | Standard transfer | Optional instant transfer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stush Free | $0 | Free | $7.99 per transfer |
| BillSync | $14.99 | Free | $3.99 per transfer |
| Stush Complete | $24.99 | Free | $1.99 per transfer |
Stush Free includes eligible wage access. BillSync adds bill-management tools. Stush Complete includes BillSync and LifeSync. A paid subscription is optional and is not required to use eligible wage access with a standard transfer.
Stush Free allows one active transfer at a time and has a $100 minimum transfer. Access remains subject to eligibility and applicable limits.
2. Standard and instant transfers
Standard transfers are free on every plan. There is no separate per-use wage-access fee or mandatory payout fee for choosing a standard transfer.
Instant delivery is optional. The fee for your applicable plan is displayed before you authorize the transfer. Choosing an instant transfer does not enroll you in a paid plan. Timing and availability depend on supported connections and payment processing; “instant” is not a guarantee that every transfer is immediately available.
3. Trial and unlocked free months
New users start with a 30-day Stush Complete trial when they activate the eligible product. The trial waives the subscription charge; optional instant-transfer fees remain separate and must be shown before you authorize a transfer.
A paid plan requires your affirmative choice. If you do not choose a paid plan, you continue on Stush Free after the trial. Joining the waitlist, completing your profile or earning rewards does not authorize a subscription charge.
2,500 coins unlock one free month of BillSync. 3,000 coins unlock one free month of Stush Complete. Milestones unlock rewards without deducting coins. Eligible free-month rewards extend access after the trial; the applicable reward period and any later paid start date must be displayed before you choose to pay. See Waitlist & rewards.
4. Choosing and paying for a plan
Before you confirm a paid subscription, the app will show the plan, recurring monthly charge, billing start date and payment authorization. Payment details or a bank connection alone are not consent to a paid subscription.
A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled. The first subscription charge follows the disclosed trial or applicable free reward period. The recurring amount and billing date are shown before enrollment. Charges must use a payment method you authorize.
Transfer authorization and subscription enrollment are separate choices. Changes to your plan and any resulting charge must be disclosed before you confirm them.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. You retain paid-plan access until the end of the current paid month, then continue on Stush Free, subject to eligibility.
If you cancel before a disclosed paid subscription begins, the subscription will not start billing. Canceling a subscription does not itself cancel a transfer you already authorized or your obligations relating to that transfer.
6. Refunds and billing errors
There are no partial-month subscription refunds solely because you cancel during a paid month; access continues through that paid month. This does not limit refunds for billing errors or refunds required by law.
If you believe a subscription or transfer fee is incorrect, duplicated or charged without your authorization, contact support with the date, amount and a brief description. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full bank account numbers or Social Security numbers. Stush will review the charge and correct confirmed billing errors.
An optional instant-transfer fee must not be treated as non-refundable merely because a transfer was requested. If the selected delivery service was not provided, contact support for review. Applicable refund and error-resolution rights remain available.
7. Changes to prices
Stush will disclose a proposed price change, when it would take effect and how to cancel before the new price applies. A new subscription price will not be applied retroactively to an already paid month. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect and keep access for the period already paid.
The fee for an optional instant transfer will always be shown before you authorize that transfer. A website price update alone does not authorize a charge or override an existing payment authorization.
8. Other charges and settlement
Stush does not charge interest, late fees or overdraft fees. Your bank or other providers may charge their own fees, which Stush does not set or control.
Subscription charges, optional delivery fees and the amount of an authorized wage-access transfer are separate. Settlement details and any applicable electronic-payment authorization must be presented in the app before you authorize a payment.
If you need help with a charge or settlement, contact support. These terms do not remove any applicable payment-error, cancellation or consumer rights.
